Working for an NGO can be a challenging activity. However, it is also the most satisfying job, in terms of, goals. This is the list of 10 reasons why you should join an NGO.
You can work in an NGO either part-time or full-time. This choice depends upon the number of hours you want to work.
1. Before make any donation, you are required to fill up all the mandatory information in the membership form. This information will be used for further communication in term of tax exemption certificate, feedback report etc. and also note that is required as per government of India order to record all the information by the visitor.
2. You acknowledge that all information on member profile has been entered by or on behalf of you are true to the best of your knowledge. B.H.A.R.T.I. Society shall take responsible step to maintain step the confidentiality of such information. However B.H.A.R.T.I. Society does not assume any liability in case any direct or indirect loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage to any kind whatever arising on account of divulgence of such personal information by the virtue.
3. The person should be above 18 years to be active member of this organization and without any criminal background.
4. Pan card & address proof is required to process the application form valid address proof passport/driving license/ Aadhar card/ Voter ID.
5. The person should be physically and mentally strong (Special person defines first ) and willing to work for the B.H.A.R.T.I. Society individually or in a group and travel at his own expenses.
6. A person is selected and can be removed by the chairman and core group without notice or giving reason for misconduct, misbehaviour, indiscipline.
7. The member is willing to work and obey the chairman and core group.
8. The member will give its best-efforts to fulfil objective and task assigned to him or her.
9. Member should attend the general meeting and participate fully and have to give written application for being absent, 3 days before the meeting.
10. The meeting location and me will informed to the member in advance by B.H.A.R.T.I. Society
11. Meeting will be headed by the chairman and the core group and members.
12. The President / Chairman has the supreme power to form or disuse a core group.
13.It is a duty of member to obey and give due respect to the chairman and the core group.
14. Membership fee will be paid with application form on rejection of application the membership fee will be refunded in a week.
15. The meeting will be held annually or half yearly
16. The benefit of the B.H.A.R.T.I. Society is open to all Indian irrespective of caste, creed & religion.
18. Any Members and Volunteer should not conduct any event and use logo without written permission by the Secretary of B.H.A.R.T.I. Society.
19. Any member want to conduct the event in own are first send the event project to inform to head office.
The control shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and court in bhopal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try and suit proceeding in connection there with/in that behalf.
Any dispute under this agreement, which cannot be settled by negotiation on may be resolved exclusively by arbitration and shall be held in Bhopal.
India and Conducted in accordance with provision of arbitration 7 conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment there of subject to tall above the court of law at Bhopal alone shall have the jurisdiction in respect of all matter connected with the agreement. The arbitration award shall be final and blinding.
